Hiring: Engineering & AI Evaluation Specialist – Remote Contract

We are looking for experienced Engineers, Simulation Engineers, and AI Evaluation Specialists for a remote contract project.

Role: Engineering & AI Evaluation Specialist

Employment Type: Contractor

Location: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Vietnam, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Turkey, Brazil, and Colombia

Duration: Up to 24 weeks

Start Date: Immediate

Commitment: 40 hours/week with 4+ hours PST overlap

Experience: 10+ years

Education: Master's degree or PhD preferred

Rate: Approx. $100–$125 USD/hour , converted to local currency

Responsibilities

- Create and evaluate complex engineering simulation tasks
- Work with engineering simulation tools and Python
- Evaluate AI/LLM outputs and identify technical errors
- Validate solutions for accuracy, constraints, and physical plausibility
- Analyze AI agent performance and refine evaluation tasks

Ideal Background

- Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Control Systems, Systems Engineering, or Robotics
- Strong engineering design and simulation experience
- Python and simulation-tool experience
- Familiarity with AI/LLMs or coding agents
- Solid analytical and technical documentation skills
