experience in W/H manufacturing Industry

KEY Responsibilities

- Assembly line design &

• Set up
- Time Study ,kit break, Line Balancing &

- TAKT time
- Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan.
- Preparation of plant layout as per the manufacturing sequence.
- Calculation of standard time based on the customer data
- Support Manufacturing to achieve target efficiency
- Implementation of ECN
- Implementation of Recent Projects
- Release wire Length
- Board Release
- Line Release
- Spare &
- Prototype building
- Operating System (SOS,WAM ,TMS &
- WCT ) Implementation
- Support APQP
