Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to support the design, assembly, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of laser-based automated machines and industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Integrate mechanical, electrical, electronics, PLC, HMI, sensors, pneumatics, and motion-control systems.
- Work on laser cutting, welding, marking, cleaning, drilling and robotic automation systems.
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo, VFD, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
- Support robot, machine vision, and laser-system integration.
- Read mechanical/electrical drawings and assist in machine assembly and testing.
- Conduct FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site support.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement machine improvements.
- Maintain machine documentation, I/O lists, BOMs, checklists,



and commissioning reports.
- Follow machine, electrical, and laser safety procedures.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation.
- 1–4 years of experience in industrial automation, machine building, robotics, CNC, laser machinery, or related fields.
- Freshers with solid practical knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills PLC / HMI | Servo & VFD | Sensors | Pneumatics | Robotics | Automation | Machine Troubleshooting | Electrical & Mechanical Integration

Knowledge of Siemens/Mitsubishi/Delta PLC, EZCAD, SAMLight, AutoCAD/SolidWorks will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
