Role & Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs, AC/DC drives, motors, control panels, sensors and electrical circuits.
- Handle maintenance of conveyors, hoists, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and equipment reliability.
- Perform electrical inspection, testing and fault finding.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/control systems and field sensors, where applicable.
- Ensure proper functioning of control panels, MCC panels and other electrical systems.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quick breakdown resolution.




- Follow all electrical safety procedures and workplace safety standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and machine breakdown troubleshooting.
- Positive knowledge of VFDs, drives, motors, sensors, control panels and conveyors.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and MTTR.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in an automotive/manufacturing plant will be an added advantage.
