Role Mandate

FIA Global is seeking a seasoned business leader to build and scale its Hardware Business as a strategic growth vertical. This role goes beyond sales execution and requires end-to-end ownership of hardware revenue, partnerships, channel strategy, commercial optimization, and market expansion across FI/BFSI ecosystems.

The incumbent will lead the monetization and distribution of banking-grade hardware solutionsincluding biometric devices, Micro ATMs, tablets, printers, scanners, and related peripheralsacross banks, BC networks, government institutions, and enterprise channels.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate as Business Head of the hardware vertical, driving category growth, strategic partnerships, and profitable scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Ownership & Revenue Growth Own the P&L; and growth strategy for FIA's Hardware Business across all FI/BFSI hardware categories.

Drive revenue expansion through direct sales, channel partnerships, strategic accounts, and institutional procurement.

Identify white-space opportunities and build new hardware-led business lines within the FI ecosystem.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Build and deepen strategic relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and system integrators.

Structure commercial partnerships, exclusivity arrangements, and co-go-to-market models with leading OEMs.

Position FIA as the preferred distribution and deployment partner for FI-grade hardware in India.

3. Enterprise / Institutional Sales Lead large enterprise and institutional sales across Banks, Government Departments, BC Networks,

NBFCs, and Corporates.

Own strategic bid management including tenders, RFPs, rate contracts, GeM opportunities, and empanelment.





Drive closure of large-ticket deployment mandates and national rollouts.

4. Commercial & Operational Excellence Develop pricing, margin, and inventory strategies to optimize profitability and working capital.

FIA Technology Services Private Limited Partner with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory planning, fulfilment excellence,

and deployment SLAs.

Establish governance around collections, partner profitability, and after-sales support.

- Market Intelligence & Product Strategy

Track regulatory developments, certification standards, and evolving hardware requirements in the FI ecosystem.

Evaluate emerging technologies and products; recommend portfolio expansion opportunities.

Provide market feedback to OEMs and internal stakeholders for product enhancement and roadmap planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in hardware/device sales with significant exposure to BFSI, Financial

Inclusion, or Enterprise Hardware ecosystems.

Proven track record of managing large hardware portfolios or business verticals with revenue accountability.

Strong relationships across OEMs, Banks, BC Networks, Government procurement agencies, and enterprise channels.

Deep understanding of Financial Services hardware ecosystem including Aadhaar authentication devices, MATMs, and certification/compliance frameworks.

Experience in government procurement, GeM, tendering, banking RFPs, and institutional sales.

Robust commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, margin management, and strategic negotiations.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a business vertical from growth to maturity.
