Key Responsibilities

- Provide 247 emergency medical care and timely assessment of patients.

- Manage medical, surgical, trauma and critical emergencies.

- Perform initial stabilization, resuscitation and emergency procedures as per competency.

- Coordinate with consultants and specialty departments for further management.

- Ensure proper diagnosis, treatment, referral/admission and patient handover.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital protocols.

- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control and quality standards.

- Participate in emergency drills, clinical audits and departmental training.

Candidate Requirements

- MBBS with valid medical registration Mandatory.

- MD/DNB/DrNB Emergency Medicine Preferred.

- 05 years of relevant experience; fresh postgraduate candidates may be considered.

- Good clinical decision-making and emergency-handling skills.

- Robust communication, teamwork and patient-management abilities.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.

- ACLS/BLS/ATLS certification will be an advantage.
