What you'll own:

Engagement Strategy & Events — Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and fun activities tied to key themes and occasions throughout the year

Growth & Development — Organize skill development programs that help employees grow

Social Media & Employer Branding — Design and implement creative social media engagement plans that showcase our culture and strengthen our employer brand

Culture in Action — Bring teams together through activities, events, contests,



and festival/milestone celebrations that spark cross-departmental connection and a healthy work environment

Content Creation — Develop creative, on-brand content for events and campaigns

Wellness Programs — Execute medical support and wellness initiatives on-site

End-to-End Event Ownership — Manage pre- and post-event responsibilities from planning to wrap-up

What we're looking for:

A creative thinker with solid organizational skills, a knack for storytelling, and genuine enthusiasm for people and culture. Experience in HR, employee engagement, events, or internal communications is a plus.
