Divide By Zero Technologies builds industrial 3D printers in Navi Mumbai. Not imports, not rebadged machines. We design the motion system, the extruder, the firmware and the control electronics ourselves, and we manufacture them here. Twelve years in, with over 1,300 machines installed across defence, aerospace, automotive, medical and education customers. Our AFPM (Advanced Fused Plastic Manufacturing) technology is patented in India and the USA.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY WORK ON

You join the R&D; team building intelligent control, monitoring and diagnostic systems for our printers. Real hardware, real machines on the floor next to you, and code that ships inside a product customers pay for.

Projects you could own within six months:

- Camera-based defect detection on a live print, running on a Raspberry Pi
- Closed-loop control of heaters, motors and fans through embedded code
- Real-time data logging from a printer, and the analysis that turns it into a process improvement
- Sensor and module integration over UART, I2C, SPI or CAN

WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE
- Working C++ and Python. You have written code that ran on hardware, not only in a notebook.
- Microcontroller fundamentals. You know what an interrupt, a timer and a GPIO are, because you have used them.
- Basic electronics. You can read a schematic, use a multimeter, and not destroy a board.
- Hands-on with Raspberry Pi, Arduino or ESP32 on at least one project you can talk through in detail.
- Pursuing or completed B.E., B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to work full-time and in person at Nerul West, Navi Mumbai, for six months.

WHAT WE WILL TEACH YOU You are not expected to arrive with these. If you already have them, valuable. If not, we will teach you.




- Computer vision and image processing for defect detection
- Machine learning on embedded hardware, including TensorFlow and Edge AI deployment
- 3D printer hardware: stepper drivers, thermistors, heater cartridges, MOSFETs and power electronics
- PID tuning, motion control and G-code parsing
- Sensor calibration and signal conditioning

WHAT YOU GET
- Six months, full-time and paid. The stipend band is in the Pay field on this posting.
- A pre-placement offer if you are good. We would rather hire someone we have watched work for six months than interview a stranger.
- Work on a shipping product, not a training exercise. Your code goes into machines customers run in production.
- Direct access to the engineering team and the founder. Small company, short decision chains.
- A documented portfolio of real embedded and AI work by the time you finish.
