Technical Skills

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development.

- Experience in porting embedded applications and services across hardware platforms and migrating applications to newer Yocto/Linux releases.

- Expertise in debugging Linux OS and application issues on embedded platforms.

- Solid proficiency in Python development

- Good understanding of Linux platform, firmware flashing on board, docker containers, REST APIs, RPM.

- Working knowledge of Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, UART, RTC, HTTP, HTTPS, TLS, TCP/IP, UDP, watchdog, OTA update frameworks such as mender.

- Experience with GitLab or other version control systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Other Skills

- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

- Ability to work in scrum/agile teams.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
