About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital marketing and technology company specializing in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Branding, Performance Marketing, and AI Automation.

We are looking for a hands-on Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can manage email campaigns, generate leads, and nurture prospects from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automated sequences.
- Generate and research relevant B2B/B2C leads and build prospect databases.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing.
- Create email copy, subject lines, CTAs, and outreach campaigns.
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead data.
- Monitor open rate, CTR, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency.
- Prepare basic campaign and lead-generation reports.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of practical experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation / Digital Marketing.
- Ability to build campaigns and lead-generation activities from scratch.
- Good knowledge of email marketing and automation.
- Good research, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and digital marketing.
- Experience with Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Lead Generation, Cold Email, SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is an advantage.
