We are looking for a skilled ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage electronic systems at client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ELV systems and solid technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intercom, PA/BGM, Networking, etc.)
- Perform cabling, termination, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform corrective maintenance
- Conduct site surveys and prepare material requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily tasks and site progress
- Coordinate with project engineers and contractors for site execution
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on-site
- Provide customer support and technical guidance when required
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in ELV system installation & maintenance
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking, etc.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Basic knowledge of networking & IP configuration (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to travel and work on-site as required
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in structured cabling and fiber splicing
- Fire alarm systems certification (advantage)
- Knowledge of power tools and safety equipment
