TradeFlock is seeking an Email Marketing Executive responsible for identifying relevant business prospects, building verified databases, and executing targeted email outreach campaigns. The role focuses on generating qualified leads for TradeFlock’s magazine features, digital campaigns, and business offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Research companies, founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers across assigned industries.
- Collect and verify professional email addresses and relevant prospect information.
- Build, segment, update, and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Execute personalised and bulk email campaigns using Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail Merge, YAMM, Mail Meteor, or similar tools.
- Draft campaign emails, subject lines, follow-ups, and response templates.
- Schedule timely follow-ups and manage prospect responses professionally.
- Identify interested prospects and share qualified leads with the business development team.
- Monitor delivery, open, response, bounce, and lead-conversion rates.
- Maintain daily campaign reports and lead trackers in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure database accuracy and follow responsible email-outreach practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in email marketing,



lead generation, data research, or B2B outreach.
- Solid business research and database-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written English and professional email communication.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email-finding, and email-verification tools.
- Ability to meet daily outreach and qualified-lead targets.
- Experience in media, publishing, advertising, or B2B services will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators
- Number of verified and relevant prospects identified.
- Volume and consistency of email campaigns executed.
- Email delivery, bounce, open, and response rates.
- Number and quality of qualified leads generated.
- Accuracy of campaign reports and prospect databases.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is research-oriented, detail-conscious, target-driven, and capable of converting structured email outreach into meaningful business opportunities for TradeFlock. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹43,500.00 per month
