Responsibilities

- Apply skilled knowledge, experienced judgement, and independently design complex projects.
- Adequate knowledge in electrical designs, including Electrical Distribution Panels, Lighting, Cable Management Systems, Outdoor Lighting, Indoor Lighting, Lux Level Calculations, Load Estimation, Voltage Drop and Short-Circuit Calculations.
- Knowledge of ELV systems including Fire Alarm, PAVA, CCTV, and SCS.
- Hands-on experience in using software tools such as Dialux and Amtech.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC, CPWD, international codes, and practices.
- Well conversant with estimation for RFPs.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical and management requirements.




- Effective communication and coordination in multidisciplinary projects.
- Mentor, guide, train, and support knowledge and skill development of Mechanical Engineering staff.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in consultant design and managing complex building services MEP Design BIM projects, such as high-rise buildings, commercial and residential projects, and infrastructure.
- Master’s degree holders will be preferred.
- Effective management of team members for the projects.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with international clients and contractors is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit-MEP, and Navisworks is an added advantage.
