Purpose of the Job

To manage and oversee electrical systems within the maintenance, projects, and facilities department, ensuring effective operation, compliance with safety standards, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Maintenance Activity: Oversee plant maintenance activities, including project work.
- Machine Breakdowns: Attend to daily machine breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
- Root Cause Analysis: Implement approaches for root cause analysis, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Failure Mode Analysis (FMA), 5S, and ISO standards.
- Energy Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce electrical energy consumption.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

- Educational Background: BE in Electrical Engineering with strong foundational knowledge.
- LT and HT Line Work:



Experience with low tension (LT) and high tension (HT) line work.
- Transformer Knowledge: Experience with 5000 kVA and above transformers.
- Electrical Panels: Knowledge in designing and making logical electrical panels.
- DISCOM and Contractors: Proficiency in dealing with DISCOM officials, electrical contractors, and electrical inspectors.
- Factory Inspections: Hands-on experience in conducting electrical inspections of factories with electrical inspectors.
- ISO Standards: Experience working in environments compliant with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14000 standards.
- PLC and VFDs: Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
