LaunchBridge Global India is looking for a confident, energetic and commercially minded Education Outreach & Enrollment Executive to join our growing education outreach team in Thiruvananthapuram.

This is a field-oriented, team-based and target-driven role, not a purely office-based position. The selected candidate will work closely with other team members to support institutional outreach, student engagement, follow-up and enrollment activities across schools, colleges and other educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as part of the outreach team during school and college visits.
- Assist with meetings, presentations and student engagement activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with institutional representatives.
- Communicate professionally with schools, colleges, students and parents through phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with interested students and parents and support enrollment/registration conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of institutional contacts, leads, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Work toward shared team targets as well as individual responsibilities.
- Support colleagues with outreach, follow-up and campaign activities when required.
- Be willing to cross-train across institutional outreach, student engagement, enrollment follow-up and related responsibilities.
- Gradually develop the ability to independently handle institutional visits, presentations and follow-up activities.
- Provide regular updates to the team and support smooth coordination of field activities.
- Support other education outreach and campaign-related tasks as required.





Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident communicating with people.
- Professional and presentable when representing the company.
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents and institutional representatives.
- Comfortable working in a field-oriented and target-based environment.
- Willing to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
- Disciplined with follow-ups and record keeping.
- Able to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Supportive of colleagues and comfortable sharing responsibility for team results.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to travel regularly for institutional outreach.

Experience in sales, business development, education counselling, customer service, institutional outreach, retail sales, student engagement or similar customer-facing roles would be an advantage. Strong fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, confidence and a genuine interest in sales and education outreach may also apply.

Requirements

- Solid spoken Malayalam.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Confidence interacting with unfamiliar people.
- Comfortable with regular travel across Thiruvananthapuram.
- Comfortable with follow-up calls and target-oriented work.
- Basic knowledge of professional email,



WhatsApp, MS Office, Google Sheets or similar tools.
- Ability to maintain professional behaviour while representing the company.
- Willingness to learn the complete outreach and enrollment process.
- A valid driving licence and ability to drive are preferred, but having a personal vehicle is not mandatory.

Transport Candidates who can drive will be preferred because the role involves regular institutional visits.

A personal vehicle is not mandatory. The company may provide or arrange transportation for field activities depending on operational requirements as the outreach programme expands.
