About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can independently come up with fresh content ideas, write engaging scripts, and create short-form videos and UGC (User-Generated Content) for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas independently.
- Write short-form video scripts, captions, hooks, and social media content.
- Create and appear in short-form videos, Reels, and UGC content.
- Shoot and coordinate video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends and develop relevant, trend-based content.
- Experiment with different content formats to improve engagement and reach.
Requirements
- 1-2 year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, UGC, or a related field.
- English and Hindi – Mandatory.
- Experience in Edtech
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently generate content ideas and scripts.
- Comfortable creating and appearing in videos.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting/editing and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and UGC content.
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Freshers with robust content portfolios/projects are also welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
