- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Troubleshoot operating system, application, printer, internet, and network-related issues.

- Maintain and monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.

- Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and system access as required.

- Support dealership management software/DMS and coordinate with software vendors for technical issues.

- Ensure regular backup of important company data and assist in data recovery when required.

- Maintain antivirus and basic system security across computers.

- Monitor CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, and other IT-enabled equipment where applicable.

- Maintain an updated inventory of computers, IT equipment, software, and accessories.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.





- Ensure IT systems are functioning properly during business hours and resolve critical issues on priority.

- Maintain records of IT complaints, repairs, replacements, and service activities.

- Follow company policies related to data security, confidentiality, and IT usage.

- Provide technical assistance during meetings, presentations, online training, and other dealership events.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, printers, hardware, and networking.

- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of computer hardware and software installation.

- Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple technical issues and prioritize urgent requirements.

- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, and DMS/ERP software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
