We are looking for a responsible and hardworking E-commerce Packing & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities Pick products according to customer orders. Check product, quantity, variant, and order details before packing. Pack e-commerce orders carefully and securely. Print and apply shipping labels.
Prepare packed orders for courier pickup/dispatch. Handle returns and exchanged products when required. Maintain proper organization of products in the warehouse. Assist with basic stock counting and inventory management.
Keep the packing area clean and organized. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Follow packing and quality-check procedures.
Requirements 10th/12th pass or equivalent. Fresher can apply. Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, packing, or courier operations is an advantage. Basic smartphone/computer knowledge. Valuable attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently during high-order-volume periods. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn. Comfortable with standing and performing packing-related work for extended periods.
