E-Commerce Growth Manager Marketplaces & Performance

Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Growth Manager to take end-to-end ownership of marketplace sales, advertising, campaigns and profitable growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and international marketplaces.

This is a revenue and performance-driven role, not a catalogue or order-processing position.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow marketplace revenue across all assigned platforms.
- Plan, execute and optimize marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Drive SKU-wise sales, visibility, ranking and conversion.
- Optimize advertising efficiency, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS and overall marketplace profitability.
- Plan sale events, offers, recent launches and growth campaigns.
- Monitor pricing, competition, inventory, returns and marketplace performance.
- Develop platform-wise and SKU-wise growth strategies.
- Build and execute international marketplace expansion and advertising plans.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and corrective action plans.




- Coordinate with design, content, inventory and operations teams for execution.

Business Targets Current Marketplace Business: Approx. 21 Lakh/Month

90-Day Target: 30 Lakh/Month

6-Month Target: 40-42 Lakh/Month

Growth must be commercially sustainable and within approved advertising and profitability parameters.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Proven track record of scaling marketplace sales.
- Strong hands-on experience in marketplace advertising and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, conversion and marketplace profitability.
- Experience in international marketplace selling/expansion preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting and Excel skills.
- Beauty, cosmetics, haircare, personal care, FMCG or D2C experience preferred.

Compensation 35,000 Fixed per Month + Attractive Performance-Linked Incentives

Incentives will be linked to incremental profitable sales growth, advertising efficiency and achievement of defined marketplace targets.
