We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Executive to manage our B2B eCommerce activities and support digital marketing and lead-generation initiatives.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of eCommerce operations, website management, digital marketing, SEO, lead generation and online customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day B2B eCommerce activities.
- Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, images and website content.
- Handle website updates and coordinate eCommerce enquiries/orders.
- Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and social media marketing activities.
- Assist with B2B lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage and maintain lead/customer databases.
- Manage enquiry follow-ups.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions and campaign performance.
- Prepare basic digital marketing and eCommerce reports.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Explore recent digital channels and tools to improve online business growth.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce / Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing.
- Practical understanding of eCommerce operations.




- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in Instagram Reel Marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical and growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Canva and AI-based marketing tools is an advantage.

Candidates currently residing in Thrissur or nearby areas are preferred. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and willing to learn, rather than someone who only has theoretical knowledge.

The role involves working across B2B eCommerce, digital marketing, lead generation, website management and analytics.
