Responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, safety, and coordination among all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise hotel operations during the assigned shift.

- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out and resolve guest concerns promptly.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, Security, and other departments.

- Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally.

- Monitor VIP arrivals, departures, special requests, and room allocations.

- Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate shift reports.

- Monitor hotel premises for safety, security, cleanliness, and operational standards.

- Support the Front Office team during peak hours and operational challenges.

- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant departments when required.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor cash handling, billing, and other Front Office procedures.





- Conduct regular rounds of the hotel and identify operational issues.

- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve service delivery.

- Escalate major operational or guest-related issues to the appropriate management.

- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or Duty Manager role.

- Strong knowledge of Front Office and hotel operations.

- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

- Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Knowledge of hotel PMS and basic MS Office applications.

- Skilled appearance and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
