About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to join our Technology team. The role involves leading the design and development of web applications, providing technical guidance to team members, and working closely with Business Analysts and Product teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of applications using .NET technologies.

- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members.

- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Work independently with minimal guidance, take ownership of technical responsibilities, and drive tasks to completion.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product teams, and frontend developers.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Support team members in setting goals, providing feedback, and improving their technical capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience:





- 1015 years of experience in developing web applications/products using the Microsoft .NET framework.

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8.0+, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and Docker.

- Should be hands-on, practical, and ready to code.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and RDBMS concepts.

- Experience with design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented design.

- Experience with React or Angular and integration of frontend applications with REST APIs.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including automated build, testing, and deployment

- Knowledge of third-party framework and tool integrations.

- Experience in guiding, mentoring, and coaching team members.

- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and experience working in product development.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
