Domestic Service Executive – RO Water Purifier

Job Location: Nolambur, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai,

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month

Additional Allowance: 4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Attend customer service calls and complaints for domestic RO water purifiers.
- Perform installation, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of RO systems.
- Inspect water quality and identify technical or system-related issues.
- Replace filters, membranes, pumps, valves, and other RO spare parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RO purifier service issues efficiently.
- Explain RO system operation and basic maintenance to customers.
- Maintain service reports and update completed service details.
- Collect service charges or AMC payments wherever applicable.
- Follow up with customers for AMC renewal and periodic maintenance.




- Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide good after-sales service.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in domestic RO/water purifier service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of RO systems, pumps, filters, membranes, and electrical components.
- Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month
- Additional Allowance: 4,000 per month
