Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Manage candidate submissions, selections, offers, and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong IT candidate pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT Technical Recruitment.
- Robust experience in Domestic/India IT Hiring.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.




- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
