We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in IT contract staffing, RPO recruitment, and GCC hiring . The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and closing candidates across domestic IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, ATS databases , and other channels.
- Build effective Boolean search strings and talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit .
- Handle Contract/C2H hiring , including rate negotiation and process compliance.
- Support recruitment delivery for GCC clients and RPO engagements .
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
- Track and report pipeline, TAT, submissions, interviews, and closures .
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in IT Contract/C2H staffing .
- Hands-on expertise with Boolean search and job portals .
- Experience with RPO models and GCC clients is highly preferred.
- Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with ATS, recruitment trackers, and MS Excel .
