- Lead and manage the organization's ISMS policies, procedures, records, and documentation.

- Coordinate and drive all ISMS initiatives across the organization.

- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards and internal ISMS policies.

- Present ISMS updates, security initiatives, and compliance status to management on an annual basis.

- Implement and coordinate employee information security awareness programs.

- Plan and manage internal audits, management reviews, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.

- Track and facilitate closure of audit observations, gaps, and non-conformities within defined timelines.

- Follow up on reported security incidents, coordinate root cause analysis with the ISO team, and share lessons learned across departments.

- Ensure departments adhere to established ISMS policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organization-wide security improvements and strengthen the security-first culture

Requirements

- Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Information Security professional.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or MBA with regular education.
- Solid verbal, written communication,



and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead organization-wide security and compliance initiatives

- Expertise in at least 5 of the following areas:
