We are looking for an experienced and responsible US Truck Dispatcher / All-Rounder to manage day-to-day operations for our trucking fleet. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle dispatching, load booking, driver communication, tracking, paperwork, invoicing, and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Book profitable loads through DAT, Truckstop, brokers, and other load boards.
- Plan daily and weekly loads based on drivers’ locations, deliveries, HOS, and equipment.
- Communicate with drivers regularly and provide complete dispatch instructions.
- Track and trace trucks and provide timely updates to brokers/customers.
- Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, lumper receipts, detention, TONU, and other documents.
- Handle broker calls, emails, check calls, and appointment updates.
- Manage detention and other accessorial requests and follow up for payment.
- Prepare and submit invoices and maintain payment records.
- Coordinate with brokers, shippers, receivers, drivers, and factoring companies.
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and daily operational reports.
- Monitor driver HOS and help ensure loads are planned within available driving hours.




- Handle unexpected issues such as delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and load changes.
- Follow up on delivered loads and ensure all paperwork is collected.
- Maintain solid communication and professionalism with drivers and customers.
- Be capable of handling multiple trucks and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in US trucking dispatching is required.
- Strong knowledge of US freight, lanes, load boards, and trucking terminology.
- Good communication skills in English, especially for broker and driver calls.
- Good knowledge of email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work US time zones/night shifts.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

We are specifically looking for an “all-rounder” who can handle the complete dispatch and back-office workflow rather than only booking loads. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
