Role Description The Director Global Procurement is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for developing and executing global procurement strategies that support the company’s operational and growth objectives, including establishing policies, processes, and controls for sourcing goods and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing supplier selection and performance, managing category-specific procurement plans, leading contract negotiations, and optimizing supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness across regions.

The Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership, finance, operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.



This role also involves mentoring and guiding procurement teams, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, with experience leading global or multi-region procurement operations.
- Strong skills in Category Management, including developing and managing category strategies and spend optimization initiatives.
- Proficiency in Supplier Management, covering supplier selection, performance evaluation, relationship management, and risk mitigation.
- Solid background in Contract Negotiation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial terms and service-level agreements.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, use procurement and ERP tools, and make evidence-based decisions to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a rapid-paced and culturally diverse environment.
- Experience in professional services or consulting industries, especially immigration or related sectors, is an advantage.
