We are hiring a senior Cost Engineering leader with deep expertise in Plastic Manufacturing, Plastic Costing, Cost Modelling and Cost Optimization to lead a global Cost Engineering function.

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Onsite

CTC: ₹30–40 LPA

Experience: 22–30 Years

Notice Period: Immediate / 0–15 Days / Serving Notice

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- 10–15+ years in Cost Engineering with strong Plastics expertise
- Plastic Costing & Cost Modelling
- Injection Molding, Compression Molding, Transfer Molding
- Blow Molding, Roto/Rotational Molding, Vacuum Forming
- Tool Costing & Manufacturing Cost Analysis
- Material Cost Optimization & Cost Drivers
- VA/VE and Cost Reduction
- Plastic Materials & Manufacturing Processes
- Cost Structures & Industry Cost Analysis
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Global Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Strong Client Engagement & Business Acumen

Industry exposure: Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Appliances or Medical. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related field. Master's preferred.
