Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Direct Channel Sales professional to join our Life Insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business through direct sales, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable life insurance solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new life insurance business through direct customer acquisition.
- Identify potential customers through leads, references, networking, and market activities.
- Understand customers’ financial protection and insurance needs.
- Explain life insurance products, benefits, features, and policy terms clearly.
- Conduct meetings and sales presentations with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into policyholders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer servicing.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update customer information in the CRM.
- Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance, banking, financial services, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and confident in handling sales conversations.
- Positive negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings when required.

Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
