Responsibilities

- Audit and enhance the corporate LinkedIn presence, optimizing visual elements, headlines, and service descriptions to clearly articulate the company's mission and target audience.
- Maintain dynamic and current profiles by regularly integrating company milestones, news updates, and fresh content across all digital channels.
- Develop and execute a consistent weekly content schedule for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring platform-specific tone and style.
- Produce diverse content formats, including written posts, basic graphic designs, and short-form video reels, to showcase services, celebrate client successes, and share industry expertise.
- Identify and research high-value business prospects and decision-makers on LinkedIn to initiate targeted outreach efforts.
- Manage the outreach lifecycle by sending personalized connection requests, following up with introductory messages,



and nurturing initial conversations regarding potential collaborations.
- Maintain an organized manual tracking system to monitor lead interactions, response rates, and subsequent action items.
- Facilitate seamless handovers to the internal sales team when a prospect expresses genuine interest in the company's offerings.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a closely related discipline.
- Have 1-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, telemarketing, or lead generation; exceptional communication skills may qualify recent graduates.
- Demonstrate proven proficiency in managing social media accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Be familiar with WhatsApp Business API tools and platforms capable of handling bulk messaging operations.
- Show working knowledge of email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent solutions.
- Exhibit confidence in outbound phone communication, including the ability to handle objections and conduct cold calls effectively.
- Display basic competency with CRM systems and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
- Possess solid written and verbal English proficiency; fluency in Telugu or Hindi is considered an asset.
- Be a self-driven professional who thrives in target-oriented environments and is comfortable working with revenue-based performance metrics.
