Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute online marketing initiatives to promote Trust Core Technologies’ courses and placement services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dodda Ballapur and involves developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing social media channels, and monitoring web analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Daily responsibilities include planning and creating content for social media platforms,



coordinating email and online advertising campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels. The specialist will track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing for content creation, audience engagement, and community management.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with teams, and stakeholder interaction.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
