Performance Marketing Individual Contributor

Maven Silicon is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer with 5+ years of experience in lead generation and paid digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Drive lead generation and improve CPL,



lead quality & funnel performance
- Manage GA4, pixels, events, tracking & attribution
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Optimise budgets, audiences, creatives & landing pages
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Business Heads
- Test current campaigns and continuously improve performance
- Exposure to video campaigns / DV360 is an added advantage

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Strong experience in Lead Generation
- Education/EdTech experience preferred; Insurance, FinTech, Real Estate and similar industries.
