Job Purpose

- Plan and manage digital marketing activities.

- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.

- Support management in strategic marketing planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing plans.

- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital campaigns.

- Develop and manage SEO and website growth strategies.

- Manage social media platforms and content calendars.

- Plan and execute content marketing and email marketing campaigns.

- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing spend.

- Track leads, conversions, website traffic, and other KPIs.

- Prepare monthly digital marketing reports.

- Analyze customer, market, and competitor data.

- Provide recommendations to management based on digital marketing performance.

- Work closely with Sales, Business Development,



and other departments.

- Manage digital marketing agencies and external vendors.

- Manage the digital marketing budget.

- Support management in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and channels.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing.

- 3–6 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience with hands-on campaign management.

- Should have handled a minimum of

15–20 digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, social media, etc.

- Should have experience of launching for at least

2–3 digital brands.

- Robust analytical, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
