? We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Freelancer | Meta Ads + Marketplace Advertising

We’re looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Freelancer to help scale an emerging apparel & lifestyle brand across digital channels.

Our product range includes T-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, mugs, and other lifestyle products, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of paid acquisition and drive measurable growth.

What you’ll work on

? Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

?️ Manage advertising across third-party platforms/marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, etc.

? Develop audience, retargeting & acquisition strategies

? Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences and campaigns

? Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversions and overall campaign performance

? Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale winning campaigns

? Work closely with the brand/creative team on ad creatives, messaging and offers

? Share regular performance insights and actionable recommendations

We’re looking for someone who:

Has hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns

Has proven experience with Meta Ads Manager

Understands e-commerce/customer acquisition

Has experience advertising on marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa or similar platforms

Is comfortable working with budgets, analytics and performance metrics





Can work independently and take ownership of outcomes

Has experience with fashion, apparel, lifestyle or D2C brands — a strong plus

? Compensation: Based on experience and scope The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle

Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs

Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
