About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with an interest in Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms and a robust willingness to learn, analyse campaign performance, and contribute to lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, launching, and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Support performance marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Conduct basic keyword research and audience targeting.
- Assist with campaign optimization to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and analyse data.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and copies.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Support Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills





- knowledge of Google Ads / PPC.
- knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4.
- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and Conversion Rate.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interest in learning and experimenting with digital marketing campaigns.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, BMS, BBA, BMM, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certification/course will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
