Key Responsibilities

- Present offers to sellers and negotiate terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis and accurately appraise property values.

- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to reach their goals.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams for smooth operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in real estate, with a proven record in sales and leadership.
