Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced DGM Civil with strong expertise in industrial construction projects, specifically RCC and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, safety, cost control and timely completion of industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end civil construction activities for industrial projects pan india.
- Robust hands-on experience in RCC structures and PEB structures is mandatory.
- Plan and monitor execution of foundations, RCC works, structural works, flooring, roads, drainage and other associated civil works.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors and project teams.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, safety requirements and project specifications.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor manpower, materials and productivity.




- Control project costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Identify construction issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site reviews and provide project progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurement, billing and certification of civil works.
- Lead and mentor the civil project team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree (B-tech &BE; in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Extensive experience in industrial construction.
- RCC and PEB structure experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from industrial construction companies/projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, estimation, BOQ, billing, quality and project management.
- Strong leadership, coordination and contractor-management skills.
