About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and improve our deployment infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, automation, monitoring, and application reliability. The candidate will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable software releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and deploy applications on cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Work with Docker for application containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Manage Linux servers, application deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Terraform/Ansible.
- Monitor application and server performance, logs, uptime, and system health.
- Troubleshoot production, deployment, infrastructure, and application-related issues.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to improve release and deployment processes.
- Maintain source-code repositories and branching/deployment workflows using Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell/Bash or Python.
- Implement basic security practices, access control, backups, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and configurations.

Required Skills




- Strong hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, preferably AWS.
- Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Linux administration.
- Knowledge of Terraform or Ansible.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Shell/Bash or Python.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, ports, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience working with SaaS/product-based applications.
- Knowledge of Nginx/Apache/IIS.
- Experience with AWS EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, etc.
- Knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Experience with Kubernetes deployments, scaling, health checks, and troubleshooting.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant practical DevOps experience and certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience 24 years of relevant hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, System Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering.
