Position : Junior Desktop support engineer

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Location : Chennai

Notice Period : Immediate joiners only

Work mode : Work from office (6 days in a week)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.





Key Responsibilities

1. Installation and Maintenance of windows operating system related to Desktop Laptop
2. Knowledge on Active Directory DNS DHCP File Server Office 365Window Server 2016 and 2019
3. Windows Server OS Installation Troubleshooting Patch Updates Backup and Restoration etc
4. Proactive monitoring measures to keep system up and running in line with standards
5. Configuration Trouble shooting Monitoring of LAN Network switches and co-ordination with support vendor
6. Installation and Troubleshooting of MAC Operating System
7. Identify, log and resolve technical problems on approved software applications
8. Ensure work to be carried out with agreed service levels and department guidelines
