Design, Estimation & Site Monitoring Executive

Location: Anayara, Thiruvananthapuram

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

We are looking for a Design, Estimation & Site Monitoring Executive to handle design, drawings, estimation and site coordination for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Drawing

- Prepare architectural, interior and detailed working drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts and other interior-related drawings.
- Modify drawings based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate design requirements with engineers, contractors and site teams.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, practical and suitable for execution.

2. 3D Design & Visualization

- Prepare 3D models and realistic visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop interior and exterior 3D concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare design presentations for client discussions and approvals.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback.
- Maintain consistency between 2D drawings,



3D models and actual site execution.

3. Estimation & Site Monitoring

- Prepare quantity estimates and BOQs.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding drawings and execution requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.
- Identify site-related design issues and coordinate for necessary revisions.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors as required.

Required Technical Skills
- AutoCAD – Required
- Revit – Required
- 3D Modelling & Visualization
- Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparation
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Knowledge of interior execution
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of rendering software will be an advantage

Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
