Job Title: Design Engineer The Design Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to various manufacturing processes, including turning, milling, grinding, sheet metal work, and welding. They will perform design calculations and utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Solid Edge) for equipment modeling, such as conveyors,



mixers, pneumatic systems, and piping. The role also involves managing and leading projects, communicating with stakeholders, and handling ERP-related tasks.

Knowledge of ISO and ASME procedures will be an added advantage, as well as familiarity with components like bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and valves.

Role and Responsibilities

- Knowledge of Manufacturing process Turning, Milling, Grinding, Sheet metal work, Welding etc.
- Design calculations
- Knowledge of Computer aided design Auto Cad, Solid Edge etc.
- Knowledge of Brought out part Bearing, Gearbox, Pump, Valve etc.
- Modelling of equipment like belt conveyor, screw conveyor, mixer blender, pneumatic conveying system, storage silo, piping etc.
- Project-leading ability.
- Communication with other stakeholders
- ERP related work
- Knowledge of ISO, ASME procedures would be an Added advantage

Qualifications and Skills

Qualification: D.M.E /B.E. / B. Tech. - Mechanical Experience: 2 to 8 Year Experience in relevant field Age: 28 -32Years old
