Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer to work on fire-rated door layouts, architectural drawings, door schedules, and General Arrangement (GA) drawings.

The candidate should have practical experience working with AutoCAD 2D and a good understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, dimensions, door schedules, and drawing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare interior layouts, floor plans, and door schedules based on architectural drawings.
- Review architectural drawings and identify the locations, sizes, types, and requirements of fire-rated doors.
- Prepare and update fire door layouts and GA drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Architects, Project teams, and Site teams regarding drawing clarifications.
- Ensure correct door numbers, dimensions, handing, clear openings, and fire ratings are reflected in drawings.
- Incorporate client and Architect comments into drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing revision control.
- Prepare door schedules and related documentation required for project execution.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and issued within project timelines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve drawing-related requirements.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and layouts.
- Understanding of dimensions, door schedules, and drawing requirements.
- Strong attention to dimensional accuracy.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.





Education & Experience
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural or engineering drawings.
- Experience in fire doors or building products is preferred.
- Practical experience using AutoCAD 2D is essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
