Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design coordination and compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit software for construction projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve conflicts and discrepancies in designs, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Provide technical support to clients by explaining BIM concepts, software functionality, and troubleshooting issues.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in a similar role as Design Coordinator or BIM Specialist.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Robust project management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
