We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Processor/Payroll Analyst to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing for all employees, including off-roll workforce. The role requires strong expertise in SAP Payroll, statutory compliance, payroll audits, and payroll reconciliation while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve payroll-related queries, drive process improvements, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee hire to retire lifecycle actions in SAP.

- Manage master data maintenance in SAP

- Ensure compliance with minimum wage regulations and all statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF etc.)

- Partner with HR, Finance, and SAP vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.





- Handle payroll audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.

- Handle employee payroll queries and ensure high standards of service delivery.

- Always maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

Required Key Skills and Experience:

- 6 - 10 years of proven experience in payroll management.

- Strong working knowledge of payroll systems, especially SAP.

- In-depth understanding of Indian statutory and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

- Solid attention to detail, excellent logical reasoning, and the ability to delve into the specifics.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, and data management tools.
