Play active role in interpretation of PSM standards for ease of implementation by the client

- Work with clients site team in PSM element implementation
- Technical support to the client and giving direction for rolling out the plan of action based on road map.
- Provides assurance and insights of project progress to the site head and Top Management of the client
- Work with the client for rolling out PSM standards and on-field data collection
- Participate actively in PSM team meetings to guide and monitor the quality of meeting
- Work with shop floor employees in implementation of PSM standards at field level
- Conduct field visit and audit to verify the effectiveness of implementation of PSM elements
- Discussion with the client’s PSM team to understand the challenges and support them with his expertise
- Conduct awareness program on PSM
- Monitoring of KPIs and developing MIS

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge in implementation of Process safety management systems and standards
- Trained by Dupont safety system (advantage)
- Good Communication skills

Qualification

Engineering Degree or ME Industrial Safety (or) Safety Qualification ( PDIS or ADIS)

Must be willing to travel
