Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for HR planning and analytics preparing and tracking the manpower plan, building and automating HR dashboards and MIS, and preparing monthly performance review (MPR) decks and review inputs. The role presents data-backed insights to HR and business leadership to enable data-driven, strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manpower Planning & Tracking:
- Prepare the annual and monthly manpower plan in coordination with HRBPs, business and finance, covering function, grade, role and location.
- Track actual headcount against the approved plan, monitor vacancies, additions, replacements and exits, and highlight deviations for corrective action.
- Maintain the manpower budget tracker, support periodic forecasts, and validate hiring requisitions against approved positions.

- Dashboards and MIS:
- Prepare, manage, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly HR dashboards and customized reports.
- Build and automate dashboards covering headcount, manpower plan versus actual, attrition, hiring progress, productivity and span of control.
- Automate recurring HR reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL and advanced Excel to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems, validate source data, and build a single source of truth for all HR numbers.




- Ensure error-free reporting with adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) for all reports.
- MPR Decks and Review Support:
- Prepare monthly performance review (MPR) decks and other review presentations for HR and business leadership with accurate data, trends and insights.
- Coordinate inputs from HR sub-functions and regional teams within agreed timelines and ensure consistency of numbers across all decks and reports.
- Track actions arising from reviews and follow up with respective functions for closure.

- Data Analysis:
- Analyze HR reports to highlight gaps, deviations, and areas of improvement, seeking explanations from relevant functions.
- Present operational insights to HR and business teams to support analytically driven strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in MIS, dashboard preparation
- Detail orientation
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL and advanced MS Excel (Tableau/VBA an added advantage)
- Ability to automate dashboards and reports, and to design scalable reporting solutions
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights to leadership
- Proven ability to deliver in a challenging setting balancing multiple work streams
- Ability to perform tasks under minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly evaluate / interpret data
