Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

- Develop and implement process improvements through PFMEA studies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve assembly production and control plan issues.

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.

- Implement effective process control measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Analyze data using Excel and SAP to optimize production processes.

Job Requirements :

- Robust understanding of Assembly Production processes, including Ultrasonic Welding techniques.

- Proficiency in creating Process Control documents such as Control Plans and Procedure Specifications.

- Experience working with SAP systems for managing manufacturing operations.

- Ability to analyze data using Excel and other tools.

- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.

- Skills in developing and implementing process improvements through PFMEA studies.
