- Manage financial and tax due diligence for all three group companies, including the complete data room, supporting schedules and query responses.

- Deliver top-up due diligence for subsequent periods, ensuring continuity of numbers and explanations with earlier diligence exercises.

- Act as single point of contact for diligence advisors, investors and lenders, and prepare management responses on findings.Prepare the annual budget for each entity, together with rolling forecasts, cash flow projections and monthly estimates, and monitor performance against budget with corrective recommendations.
- Conduct contract, settlement and vendor analysis to identify recoveries, cost leakage and commercial exposure; support loan documentation and lender requirements.
- Maintain and enhance a single-source MIS, linked directly to the books, covering monthly financial statements, key ratios, variance analysis and business insights.
- Deliver project-wise and entity-wise profitability reporting on a budget-versus-actual basis across all live projects.
- Present business performance, exceptions and recommended actions to the Director and Board.
