Role: Dentist – Dental Product Innovation Lead

We are seeking a dentist with strong research and innovation orientation to lead and support dental product innovation, R&D;, clinical research, and product evaluation. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about applying dental science to real-world innovation in oral care technology.

Role Overview:

As a Dentist – Dental Product Innovation Lead at ORACURA, you will play a key role in leading your team and driving R&D; and product innovation activities across our dental and oral care product portfolio. You will lead and coordinate your team in developing new product concepts, evaluating existing products, supporting clinical research, and driving continuous product improvement.

You will help conceptualize new products, evaluate existing products and devices, coordinate with manufacturers for product development and modifications, support clinical research and testing, analyze outcomes, and provide dental-scientific inputs throughout the product development lifecycle.

This is a non-clinical role that bridges dental science, R&D;, research, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and coordinate R&D; and dental product innovation activities from concept development through product evaluation and improvement.
- Generate new product ideas, concepts, and creative solutions based on dental science, consumer needs, and emerging oral care technologies.
- Assist in designing, coordinating, and overseeing clinical research and studies related to ORACURA’s products and devices.
- Conduct patient-based research and outcome analysis to understand product efficacy and user benefits.
- Evaluate and document how devices (e.g., water flossers) and products contribute to improved oral health outcomes.
- Collaborate and coordinate with manufacturers for product development, modifications, technical improvements, and suggestions.
- Oversee and facilitate R&D; activities, ensuring alignment between clinical insights, product requirements, testing, and development.
- Support product testing, validation, and scientific evaluation of new and existing oral care products.
- Facilitate and manage the overall dental research and product development process across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal teams by resolving dental domain queries and providing clinical-scientific guidance.




- Contribute dental and scientific inputs to ensure evidence-based product claims and communication.
- Monitor relevant developments in dental science, oral care technology, materials, and product innovation to identify opportunities for new product development.

Qualifications:

- MDS or BDS (Mandatory)
- Strong foundation in dental science, oral biology, and research methodology
- Excellent understanding of clinical research processes and data interpretation
- Strong interest in R&D;, product innovation, and dental product development
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with R&D;, manufacturing, and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in clinical research, dental product evaluation, product development, or healthcare R&D;
- Familiarity with medical device standards and regulatory practices (ISO 13485, CDSCO, etc.)
- Interest in innovation, product testing, scientific validation, and new product development within the dental or oral care domain

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
